The sun goes out. A perfectly black disc covers it, a thin blood-red chromosphere burns around the edge, and the pearl-white corona streams outward in long fine rays that never stop flowing. Twice per loop a diamond-ring bead breaks through the limb and flares, and embers drift away into the dark. Blood Eclipse is one seamless 128-frame loop at 60 fps for boss arenas, ritual scenes, apocalypse skies, horror title screens, Halloween events and menu backgrounds. What is in the loop

• A truly opaque disc. The eclipse body blocks every layer behind it, glow and bloom included, so it stays pure black over any background instead of turning grey or tinted.
• An anti-aliased limb, smooth at native resolution with no stair-stepping.
• A red chromosphere hugging the edge, broken up by fine filaments.
• A corona of long radial streamers built from four-dimensional noise, flowing outward two full cycles per loop and fading to nothing before the frame edge.
• Two diamond-ring flashes per loop (frames 28 and 90), each a bead of light with a four-point glint.
• 240 embers drifting outward and slightly upward, respawning on a periodic clock.

Every flow, flash and noise coordinate completes an exact number of cycles in 128 frames, so frame 128 equals frame 0 and the loop is seamless by construction.

The same complete loop at 512 px and 256 px, both game sprite sheets, metadata, viewer and commercial license. Native 4096 px individual frames and the 4K WebM are paid-only. A 4096 px sprite sheet contains 512 px cells; it is different from a native 4096 px individual frame.

Straight alpha, no dark halo

The colour under fully transparent pixels is bled outward from the effect, so filtering, mipmaps and downscaling never grow a dark fringe. Smaller sizes were produced in linear light on premultiplied colour and un-premultiplied afterwards.

Measured before packaging

• the loop is periodic by construction; the per-frame step is uniform with no jump at the seam
• no duplicate consecutive frames
• transparent pixels next to the effect carry the effect's colour, not black
